The problem is that it's going to take some really smart people to figure this out - NOT cronies, contributors or anyone else that has undue influence on the decision makers trying to figure this out.
How do we preserve our free market system, while incorporating common sense and basic human values?
Can we legislate Morals? Ethics?
Can we legislate Common Sense?
Can we legislate Right over Wrong?
Can our corporate leaders be reprogrammed?
What about our business schools?
